How long does it take to dispatch orders?

All paid orders placed before 2pm GMT are dispatched the same working day (Monday-Friday). Orders received after 2pm GMT will be dispatched the next working day (Monday-Friday).

Which courier services do we use to deliver orders?

We work with our Crossflight to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you have any special instructions for your delivery, please include your requirements on the checkout page in the ‘Order Notes’ box.

How are our domestic shipping rates calculated?

From 1 July 2022, shipping rates for orders with a UK delivery address are calculated based on weight. When you place your order, we will calculate shipping charges and a delivery date based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. Orders being sent to the UK may be subject to VAT charges which will be added to your order before completing payment information.

How are our international shipping rates calculated?

From 1 July 2022, shipping rates for orders with an international destination address are calculated based on weight and destination country. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. International Chamber of Shipping is not responsible for these charges.

From January 2021, EU shipments may be subject to import charges and taxes. Charges applied to products ordered from outside the UK are the responsibility of the buyer. International Chamber of Shipping is unable to assess or control these costs.

Is there a cap on shipping costs?

We will never charge more than £400 for shipping costs on any single order.

What delivery options do we offer?

We ship to any address in the world. All orders will be sent by courier and should normally take an average of 3-5 working days to reach you, regardless of destination, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Brexit has had an impact on delivery times and there might be delays with EU shipments.

How will you know that your order and shipping has been confirmed?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation and regular updates about your shipment by email.

What is the returns, exchanges and refunds policy?

We operate on a sale no-return policy which means that unless the product is faulty, we will not arrange a return, exchange or refund.

If you need to return a faulty product, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return within 72 hours of receipt of your order.

What happens if you need to cancel an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

What happens if you have received a damaged product?

If any products you have received are damaged, please take photos of the product and packaging and contact us with your order number and details of the damaged items within 72 hours of receipt of your order.

How will you know that the product you want to order is in stock?

Stock availability is indicated at the top of the product page on the website. Please contact us if you need to enquire about stock of a product that is not listed on the website.
